Screening looks at the physical capabilities required for a particular sport and compares your own level against where someone of your gender, age and size should be.
We are able to “screen” you for things like muscle weakness, or decreased range of a joint, and detect any shortcomings that might lead to an injury during your training or game play. From there, we are able to address we are able to devise a treatment plan to correct these deficiencies.
Screening is now an important aspect of elite sport, as it enables clubs to detect an injury to a player earlier and prevent them from happening. It is especially useful if you are prone to a particular injury, have just had surgery, or have a growing body.
